2006/2007 Event Listing Sign-up Form

WWW.BIRDSHOWS.COM provides you with the service of being able to list 4 different types of information.   The following can be included in your Event Listing ad; a copy of your flyer (complete with map service),  your vendor/registration form, pop-up email address and website link.  You do not have to have all 4 types of information to have your event listed.  The information will appear in 4 separate mouse-over boxes after your city, state and date information.  If you do not have a flyer or vendor form, we'd be happy to create one for you, free of charge.  The small service charge for listing your Event will more than be off-set by increased vendor participation and customer attendance.  Clubs, contact me about how your event can be listed for free in a "sponsorship" program!   

           All information marked with * is required to be entered, but may/may not show up in your Listing.

Event Listing Charges:   $25.00 for 2 Events.  3 or more Events,  $10.00 each (minimum payment $30.00).    *Credit will be extended for Events paid for, but not yet scheduled.  Enter amount due in Box. For multiple events, just hit your "back" button.

You will be taken to a payment page where you may pay  thru PayPal.
