All vendors agree by signing this form that they (or their representatives) will abide by all Federal, State,

Agricultural & Sales Tax Guidelines as required by law, including appropriate licenses and/or permits.

By signing below, each vendor agrees to hold Birdshows.com, Chip & Carri Hilton, and the rental facility

harmless from any thefts, accidents, illnesses, injuries, deaths, and litigious matters or disputes of any kind.

Vendors selling live birds agree to house them in clean conditions, with access to food and water, and will

not overcrowd their birds. $25.00 early breakdown penalty for anyone leaving before end of fair

(exception: completely selling out). By signing this form, I agree to all terms stated above. **Children must

be escorted by an adult at all times, & not allowed to play in stairwells or beyond fair limits. NO alcoholic

beverages in the fair, premises, parking lots, etc.
