****Memphis February 2nd & 3rd, 2008 . No booth will be held without payment.

All vendors agree by signing this form that they (or their representatives) will abide by all Federal, State,

Agricultural & Sales Tax Guidelines as required by law, including appropriate licenses and/or permits.

By signing below, each vendor agrees to hold Birdshows.com, Chip & Carri Hilton, and the rental facility

harmless from any thefts, accidents, illnesses, injuries, deaths, and litigious matters or disputes of any kind.

Vendors selling live birds agree to house them in clean conditions, with access to food and water, and will

not overcrowd their birds. Vendors agree to keep their area neat and clean; bird dealers will remove any

seed and bird excrement off of the floors & tables. $25.00 early breakdown penalty for anyone leaving

before end of fair (exception: completely selling out). By signing this form, I agree to all terms stated above.

Booth/s paid 30 days prior to the fair = $65.00 each. (***Deadline extended until Jan 12th!)

Booth/s paid within 30 days of fair = $75.00 each.

Vendor set-up hours: Friday 4-8pm, Saturday from 7-9am, Sun 10-11am.

No customer sales to take place in parking lot. All tables must be covered.

Children under 16 must be escorted by an adult at all times inside the fair facilities & outside on campus grounds.

No alcoholic beverages allowed inside the fair and/or outside on campus grounds including parking lot.

**You must take all measures to not let any birds lose. If the wings are not clipped, I recommend you either

take them into the restroom to change cages, or wrap a dish towel around your wrist when catching birds

that are in cages with other birds (finches, etc can escape under your wrist).
